Our mind is one of the most powerful things in this world. It is constantly generating new thoughts, images, and feelings, that can impact us in both positive and negative ways. We each have the ability to use our mind for a greater good in this world, however, it can sometimes be turned around and used in a negative way. We are ultimately what we think and by feeding our minds with anger, jealousy, anxiety, guilt, and sadness, these self critical thoughts are what we suddenly start to become. If instead we were to feed our minds with happiness, love, kindness, compassion, and self value, we would be leading a totally different life. We each have the CHOICE of what we want to become, attract, and create, we must only take charge and become the boss of our thoughts. The next time you notice that your mind just might not be your best friend, I encourage you to take action and to try to start anew. Feed yourself with good things for in turn, it will be given back! A positive mind can take work, but never give up because it is something that will become your superpower!
